The Peregrine Master Association is managed by Z & R Property Management with Finances/billing managed by Balanced Bookkeeping. The Association dues "assessments" for 2010 are $305.00 per year, per home. Owners have the option to pay the entire assessment up front by January 1 or they may split the payment into two equal payments of $152.25 (first half due January 1, second half due July 1). All Sub-Associations pay a percentage of the yearly dues amount. The Association's Fiscal year runs January to December. NOTE: Board Meetings are normally held on the 3rd Wednesday of every month at 6:00 PM. Please call Z & R to verify meeting time/date and to be placed on the agenda. |
