The Governing Documents include the Articles of Incorporation, the Bylaws, Protective Declaration of Peregrine, any Rules, Resolutions, etc. The Declaration is recorded under Reception 01658858, Book 5462, Page 500 at the Clerk & Recorder's Office in El Paso County, CO.
